Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and hygienic liners intact. Swimwear with removed liners or signs of wear is not eligible.
- Eligible Items: Most swimwear, cover-ups, and accessories are returnable. Final sale items (e.g., discounted or clearance products) are marked as such at checkout and are non-returnable.
Return Process

- Package Your Item: Include the RA number, original packaging, and order confirmation in the return package.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. You’ll be notified via email.
Refunds

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

- For international exchanges, customers cover return shipping; we cover outbound shipping for the replacement item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
